What the neighbors actually say

Three landlords told me the traffic lanes were permanent. Roger had them out in an afternoon. Showed up when he said, moved the furniture, put it all back. The carpet looks five years younger.

Our old lab left us a lot of memories in the family room. RK found spots with a UV light that we had no idea were there and treated down into the pad. Two months later, still nothing.

Bought a house that had been vacant a year. The amount of stuff that came out of those ducts was frankly disgusting. Dust in the house dropped off immediately. Fair price, no upsell.

I was ready to buy a new sectional. Now I don't need to. He told me up front which stains would come out and which might not, and he was right on both counts.

We use RK on every turnover. Scheduling is easy, invoicing is easy, and units are ready for showings the same day. That's the whole job as far as I'm concerned.

Water heater let go on a Sunday morning. He answered the phone and was here within a couple hours with extraction equipment. Saved the carpet and probably the subfloor.

Kitchen grout hadn't been touched in fifteen years. He cleaned and sealed it and it's a different floor. Wish I'd called years ago.

Our realtor said the carpet would knock the price down. RK cleaned it the week before photos and nobody said a word about it again. Offer in five days.

Came in after hours so we never lost a day. Consistent quality every quarter for three years now. He's the only guy I call.
